• PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles in the large driveway, and street parking is available for up to four additional vehicles.
• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the second bedroom.
• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair, pack n’ play, and stroller available for guests to use. The amenities described herein are subject to change and no assurance is made that these amenities will be available in the villa.
• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property, but please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing one. We accept one dog of up to 20 lbs per stay.
• COMMUNITY ACCESS: You also have exclusive access to Emerald Island community amenities, including The clubhouse, Tiki Bar, pool and spa, sauna, sports courts, nature trails, an innovative fitness center, and on-site playgrounds. The resort’s business center offers a dedicated space that is perfect for studying while on vacation or getting work done before heading to the local attractions. You will receive the WiFi access information when you arrive.
