Pool Heat $35 per night + tax

Booking Deposits is Non-Refundable
8 weeks prior to the arrival date Loss of Deposit only ( in some cases this can be transferred to another date).
8 weeks to 6 weeks 75 % refund of amount paid (excluding deposit). 6 weeks to 4 weeks 50% refund of amount paid (excluding deposit). 4 weeks to check-in no refund of any kind. You can seek out separate travel insurance that may cover you for your losses and they should be contacted directly.
