A Truly Luxurious Executive Retreat, our home is located in the guarded gated community of Emerald Island Resort with 24 hr. security. It has 6 themed bedrooms and themed 51/2 baths. Main Level Features: Quality Ceramic Tile Flooring throughout. An elegant Living Room with leather sofa and love seat is open to a Formal Dining Room Area with table for six. Spacious Family Room is open to the 2 second floor with a Ceiling fan, Leather sectional, 70″ smart TV with 5.1 surround sound with blue tooth capabilities and a blue ray player. A Fabulous Kitchen with a large island and 6 bar stools to enjoy great views of pool/ conservation area. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you with every type of appliance including dishwasher, microwave, ceramic induction cooktop range, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer and more than adequate crockery. The Laundry/Utility room complete with full-size washer/dryer, laundry basket, iron/ ironing board. Main Floor Master Suite featuring: King size bedroom set with ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom: double vanity basin, corner tub, separate walk in shower, and separate toilet room and Hair Dryer. A large walk-in closet, Direct access via patio doors to the pool deck. Entertainment Center with TV and blue ray player. Delightful Pool Area: Privacy screening at each end of the Lanai and at the lower level around the pool provides total seclusion. Pool deck at the rear was extended by 8 feet (40 ft wide) to ensure sunlight all day. Pool Dimensions 30 x 14 ft. 6 sun Loungers, 10 patio chairs. Large covered patio coupled with 2 tables, to enable alfresco dining for 10 people. Pool/spa lights change to 7 different colors from Cool Blue to almost anything.2 ceiling fans installed in Lanai. For fun I have placed hidden Mickeys all though the home. Disneyworld property is 2 ½ miles away without getting on the main highways. Walmart is 2 miles away and Target is 3 miles. All kinds of shopping, entertainment and eateries are extremely close including the new Margarita Ville with water park, Movie Theater, shopping, and dining.

There is a full hall bathroom upstairs between the Millennium Falcon bedroom and the Princess bedroom with a tub/shower combo and Hair Dryer.
There is a ½ bathroom downstairs and a laundry room. For babies we have a pack n play, stroller, baby tub, and if you let us know we can set up the baby bed.
The garage has been turned into a game room with an 8’ slate pool table, air hockey game and 60 in” TV with Blue ray player. There is also a couch and Star Wars bistro set.
It has one of the largest enclosed pool and spa areas in the community with a covered lanai and privacy screens. The view is beautiful overlooking the canal the nature conservation area and no houses behind you. It has h 6 chase lounge chairs and two tables with seating for 10.
The Club House has a pool, Tiki Bar, Business Center, Sand Volleyball, Tennis Courts and Playground. There is also a Playground a block from our home.
Just let us know when you plan on arriving and leaving so I can block off those dates. If you have any more questions about the home just let us know. I have lots of tips for Disney. There is a management company available if there are any problems.
Wi-Fi connection throughout the home and pool area. Nice assortment of picnic ware is available. Linens, Pool & Bath towels provided. Be sure to look for all the Hidden Mickey’s throughout the home while you are there.
