Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids and the young at heart will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.

"Popsicle Toes" has a family room to relax in and cool down during the day or evening, with a sofa, love-seat and easy chair, plus occasional and coffee tables, a large-screen TV and DVD - so you can watch your favorite movie in the evenings after a day at the attractions. There's even a stereo system - so don't forget to bring some of your favorite music to enjoy by the pool!

The family room leads out to the shaded lanai, with table and chairs for al-fresco meals together, that looks out over the (optionally gas heated) sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool to the rear. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation at "Popsicle Toes" includes a master bedroom which enjoys a sleep-soft king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, telephone, clock/radio/alarm, dresser with TV/DVD, and walk in closet space, plus a private master bathroom that comprises his 'n' hers vanity units, a roman tub bath, walk-in shower, and toilet. There is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser with TV, plus closet space and an adjacent bathroom with private entrance. The third bedroom provides the perfect spot for the kids to rest, with 2 twin beds, nightstand, dresser and closet space. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required.

The garage has been converted in to a games room where the whole family can enjoy playing the games that have been provided, including a slate-bed pool table, Air-hockey table and a dart board.
