& May: $135 a night
March, April, June,
July, & August: $145 a night
September, October,
November, & December: $140 a night
Exceptions:
Easter Week,

13% Tax will be
added to the sub total amount of the booking.

ATTENTION
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If
guests are paying with a credit card, there is no security deposit collected. There is a
hold of $250 until you leave on your credit card. In the event there is any damage Classic
Management, Inc. will notify you that they will be charging the security deposit. If the
guests are paying with cash, there will be a $250 security deposit due at the time of the
balance.

BBQ is by request only, $45 per Week
Reservation
deposit amount: 30% of rent
Number
of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 45 days
Minimum
Stay: 3 Nights Unless Otherwise Posted
Security
Deposit Amount: $250.00 if paying by cash, check, or money order
Cancellation
Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid
over the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and
sent to us within 90 days of the booking date.
Reservations cannot be
held until the 30% reservation deposit is paid and the booking forms are completed and
returned.
In the event of an
emergency with the selected home, Classic Reservations has the right to relocate the
reservation to equal or higher standards. This will be at no additional cost to the
renter.
