-2 Master King Suites, each with an en-suite private bathroom

-2 Twin bedrooms (2 twin beds per room) OR 1 twin bedroom and 1 King bedroom (using the new "technology" described below)

-2 bunks (in one bedroom) 

We also have a Queen sofa-sleeper in the family room should you require its use. Blankets, pillows, etc. are provided and can be found in the master closet.

Create-A-King
Two of the twin beds, if so desired, can also be put together to make a king-sized bed. We will be using a  new "technology" called Create-A-King, which uses a strap to hold the 2 twin beds together and a "soft, poly-sheepskin pad" to fill and smooth over the space where the beds meet - guaranteed that you will not feel any bumps!

English Manor provides all of the benefits of your own home while on vacation, with the added enhancements of the Clubhouse, which includes with a fitness center, community pool, Free Internet Cafe, sauna, children's playground and an 11-acre trail for jogs, picnics, etc..

English Manor has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large-screen cable TV, VCR, DVD Player and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love.

Step outside from the family room, and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool and spa.

The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast nook off the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: 1. CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made before the 60-day requirement will incur no penalty. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made after the 60-day requirement forfeit the full advance payment (including deposit), unless if the days are rebooked. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

2. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to arrival date. Guests who do not meet these requirements will forfeit full advance payment (including deposit).
