This Kissimmee rental location really gives you everything, a short drive or even a
walk (1 mile) gets you to Formosa shopping village with supermarket, bank, medical centre
and fine restaurants. Emerald Island, as a private gated resort, is breathtaking. Your
approach is trough the grand boulevard with fountains and arches, trough the 24 hour
manned gates and past the imposing club house, with it's pool, spa, drinks bar, volley
ball, gym, internet cafe, and club lounge. The grounds are exclusive and private allowing
you to walk safely and peacefully within conservation areas. Once home you can put your
feet up and watch a DVD or video from our library on our 55' home theatre TV.
Your vacation starts at the entrance with a dramatic palm tree lined boulevard entry,
towering monuments and reflecting pools, sculptured dolphins sending forth plumes of
water. The home itself has over 3900 sq. feet of living and playing space.
The Emerald Island Clubhouse is the vibrant center of activity for the community,
offering volley ball, a pool, a children's play area, hiking and biking trails, a fitness
facility and spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
