Glisten 7 Bedroom villa on The Prestigious Lake Berkley Resort in the Heart of Kissimmee

This beautiful 7 bedroom 4 1/5 bathroom home features 2 Master suites which have King size beds, huge walk-in closets, & TV’S. Both Master Bathrooms have twin vanity units and fitted hairdryers, the downstairs master has a large garden tub and separate walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and its own TV & VCR. The remaining 4 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. There are a further 2 bathrooms upstairs.

The family room is a great room to socialize or just chill out and watch TV or one of the many videos /DVDs provided, there is also a selection of board games a playstaion 2 and a small book library for your use.

This home also has a separate lounge which is home to the CD system for those of you who like to chill out to music. A formal dinning area adjoins the lounge.

The kitchen is open plan with the family room it is fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a breakfast nook which gives access to and overlooks the large extended pool area. There is separate utility room with a washer and dryer. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. The home is fully air conditioned and has a 2 car garage.

The pool area has a spa and is fully screened and south west facing which means we get the sun from approx 10am through to sundown, the decking has been extensively extended to provide plenty of room for everyone, with pool furniture to accommodate all. There is also a BBQ for your use.

2 Strollers are provided (located in the garage) for your use, should a crib/high chair be required please inform me at time of booking.

We employ an on site Management Company who ensure our home is in pristine condition.

Apr – Jun �995 / $1750per week

Jul – Sep �1100/$1928 per week

Oct – Dec �900 /$1600 per week

Easter, Thanksgiving Christmas & New year �1300/$2100 per week

Pool & Spa heat is available �90/$175 per week

Security Deposit (refundable) required �250 / $350

Cancellation Policy: Cancelled 10 weeks prior to arrival lose deposit only

Cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival lose 50%

If cancelled less than 6 weeks to arrive Full payment will be required.

Exception can be made at owner's discretion only.
