Further Description: Our vacation villa offers all the amenities of a home away from home to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, families and children of all ages are sure to experience comfort.

The spacious and comfortable living room has a leather sectional pull out sofa bed and incorporates the formal dining area, with views of the protected wetlands.

Cable TV with your choice of VCR or DVD viewing combined with surround sound to provide high-quality entertainment for the whole family. Just off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, consisting of a large refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, etc.

There is a breakfast area with additional seating. All utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies are provided. A supply of paper plates and plastic cups are on hand for your own convenience. A large capacity washer and dryer are also provided for your use.

There are four bedrooms, including two master en-suites. One master bedroom resides on the first floor with a king size bed, while the second master bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed. Both bedrooms offer cable TV with VCR or DVD viewing and telephones with free local calling.

The other two bedrooms reside upstairs and share another full bathroom providing a full bed and two twin beds with cable TV in both rooms. The Villa offers genera closet space with room for everyone and everything. All freshly cleaned bed linens and towels provided.

Disney themes are placed throughout the Villa for the young at heart. Other thoughtful touches to help make your stay a memorable and worry free vacation to remember: High Chair, Pack n Play, Shark Float, Stuffed Animals, Children's Books, Movies, Board Games, Night Lights, Plastic Plates and cups, Hair Dryer, Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Electric Can Opener, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, Phone, Cable TV throughout, Iron and Ironing Board, Clothes Hangers, Patio Furniture, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Xbox, Playstation II, Door chains placed high for small children and night security, Alarm clock radio in every sleeping area.

Rates for our 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath Town home are as follows:

13% tax is added to your total after July 1, 2004

Low Season:   January thru December,  $125/nt - $800/wk

High Season:   June, July, & August,  $135/nt - $900/wk

Holiday:  Easter, Thanksgiving,

Xmas, New Years,    $150/nt - $1000/wk

Deposit to hold reservation $250.00

Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival

Security Deposit of $250.00 required

Minimum stay 3 nights

Cleaning fee $75.00

Cleaning fee waived if stay is more than one week

Check in time is 4pm            

Check out time is 10am

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days prior to arrival any money paid is refundable

Within 30 days of arrival deposit is nonrefundable all other money refundable. 

In the event that cancellation occurs less than 30 days of arrival date your deposit will be refunded only if we can rebook your reservation dates with another guest.

If guests are paying with credit card there is no security deposit collected. 

There is a hold of $250.00 until you leave.

If guests are paying with cash there will be a $250.00 security deposit due at time of balance due. 

When sending a check security deposit and balance due are taken at the same time.
