Further Description: 5*STAR luxury and comfort awaits you at Chateau Winkleigh ... our stunning, brand new 6 bedroom Villa. Which is situated on a perfect west facing lot with a green bank behind, this ensures a bit of privacy with no homes back to back behind you. We have extended the pool deck, which includes an outside kitchen and pool bar, along with a covered lanai for when it gets too hot.

Our stunning Six-bedroom southern style villa is brand new for 2006 season; it has numerous upgrades and is professionally furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

All our homes are professionally maintained and looked after by our Management team, and come complete with linens, towels, washer and drier all utilities, cots and high chairs and local phone calls all part of the cost.

This luxurious villa has its own private screened pool with spa and is fully equipped with pool loungers, outside furniture for alfresco dining and bbq facilities.

Bedrooms

Both master suites are situated on the upstairs floor. They have king size beds, TVs VCRs and DVDs The Main master suite has a large walk in closet, fully tiled bathroom has a roman tub; separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins. There is 2 queen bedded room (one of which can use the downstairs bathroom for an ensuite, making 3.) And 2 twin bedded rooms one theamed just for the kids. There are a further two family bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own television, and hair dryers. There is also a crib, highchair and stroller for your free use should you have infants.

Living Area

This spacious comfortable living area is equipped with 61 TV with Theatre Surround Sound System with Multiple Channels great for the movie feel. cable television and dvd. There is also a second living area to relax after dinner.

Kitchen

Fully fitted luxury kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of cupboard space and counter work surfaces, complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment includes microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic glassware for use around the pool.

Cancellation Policy: If the balance of the amount shown on the booking form remains unpaid 10 (ten) weeks prior to the date of departure we reserve the right to cancel the booking and in this event, the deposit will be forfeit.

Additionally, if the client cancels at any other time then a cancellation charge will be levied as follows:-

Period before Departure Date Cancellation Charge

More than 70 days (10 weeks) Deposit only

Between 56 and 70 days (8-10 weeks) 50% of the total cost

Less than 56 days (8 weeks) 100% of the total cost

However, if the premises can be re-let on similar terms, then only the deposit may be forfeit at the direction of the owner.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the person who signed the booking form and the cancellation date will be the date that the written cancellation reaches the owner.

We may cancel the booking at any time prior to departure in exceptional and justifiable circumstances and will not be under any liability whatsoever to any person for loss, damage or inconvenience suffered thereby,. Should there be a cancellation under this condition after payment in full has been made, the payment will be refunded if an alternative arrangement offered to you is not acceptable.

Deposit Amount: 200 per week

Security Amount Required: 10%

Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 10 weeks

Minimum Stay: 5 Nights
