There is a DVD player as well. The home is further complimented by having free broadband wireless internet access for our guests convenience. All living and bedrooms have ceiling fans to compliment the full air conditioning for your comfort. Living, dining and wet areas have ceramic tile flooring and the bedrooms are carpeted. The villa kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare snacks and family meals. The dining area will seat up to 8 The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40 inch flat screen tv, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, dresser and closet. The en suite master bathroom has a large walk in shower, wc and sink.There is also a door to access the pool area from this bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, closet flat screen TV/DVD combo Bedroom 3 has two twin (single) beds, nightstand, lamp and closet, flat screen TV /DVD combo Family bathroom has sink, wc bath/shower combo. The pool deck area is fully screened in and the pool has a handrail at the entry steps to aid children or those who may be a little infirm on their feet. The pool deck is nicely furnished with cane style furniture, chairs table and sun loungers. There is also a shady lanai for some respite from the Florida sun if it gets too much for you! In the front yard you have your very own lemon tree which you are welcome to pick fruit and at the side of the home the ruby red grapefruit tree has just started to also produce fruit this year!
