This lovely 6 bedroom four and a half bathroom
villa has all the comforts of home and more to
ensure your family enjoys your stay in the
vacation capital of the world to the maximum!
Plenty of space for all in this great home
with 3 separate living areas, dining room, 6
bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extended
pool deck and lanai areas.
The villa will sleep 12 guests in the
bedrooms and there is a double pull out sofa and
two roll away day beds for additional guests.
The family room has comfortable seating with
large flat screen HDTV 50 inch, DVD player.
All bedrooms have TV's and most also have DVD
players.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king size
bed, nightstands, lamps, walk in closet,
dresser. The private en suite bathroom has a
large tub bath with powerful jets for an
invigorating massage bath! Twin His n Hers
sinks, toilet and walk in shower.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to
the air conditioning for your additional
comfort.
There is a further half bathroom on the
ground floor as well as a utility room with full
size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the upper floor there are five further
bedrooms and 3 more bathrooms
The second master suite is on this level and has
its own private full bathroom, Queen size bed.
There are 2 further queen size bedrooms, One
full size double bedroom and a twin room with 2
twin (single) beds in each.
Also on this level there is a loft room sitting
area with sofas, tv and games console.
Back downstairs again we have a great family
games room with foosball table and pool table,
TV/DVD, Table and bar stools.
Outside on the magnificent pool deck area there
is an outside shower, plenty of tables, chairs,
sun loungers, large lanai area
with fans and lighting. There is a safety fence
in place for the protection of non swimming
children.
Your very own private swimming pool with
attached spa. All of this overlooking a pond and
conservation woodland, just perfect!
The location is second to none being in the
gated resort community of Emerald Island.
The community facilities that are free to our
guest include Community pools, sauna, Jacuzzi,
tennis, volleyball, basketball, fitness room,
club house, tiki bar, nature walks, video game
arcade, games room, children’s play areas, cyber
cafe. There is just so much to do that you may
not have time to leave the resort to enjoy all
of the other area attractions!
The villa also has a seection of babay items,
stroller, high chair, bath, pack n play crib,
walker, stair gate.
