The first room as
you enter the home is the first and
smaller of the two family sitting rooms.
This room has a huge wrap round family
sofa and large HDTV and DVD player.
This great Disney home also has a PS2
game console for your entertainment.
Next room is a
major feature of the home, the formal
dining area with a huge elegant dining
table and chairs. Follow through to the
large family kitchen which has lots of
cupboard space, and a newly installed
huge granite center island with seating
for family gatherings and casual dining.
The kitchen comes complete with all the
modern appliances that a good kitchen
should have. Waste disposal, ceramic top
stove, microwave, toaster, liquidizer,
dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice
maker etc.
The kitchen is
fully equipped with all the pots, pans,
flatware, silverware and glassware that
you will need to cater for your family
meals and refreshments. There is also a
selection of plastic ware for those warm
Florida Al Fresco meals on the pool
deck!
Adjacent to the
kitchen is the larger of the two family
rooms furnished with comfortable leather

HDTV and DVD player which is further

level is the first of the King master
bedroom suites, furnished with a King
size bed, nightstands, lamps, clock,

master bathroom has twin his n hers
sinks, large tub bath, separate walk in

Leading off from
the family room there is a half bathroom
on this level for your convenience. A
utility room area is home to a full size
washer and dryer in the home. Ironing
board and iron are also supplied.
And lastly on the
lower level of the home there is a fun
filled home theater / game room which
also has air conditioning (quite a rare
feature not normally found in other
homes in the resort).

the pool table! The room has leather
theater room seating, and home theater
system with huge screen. Also connected
to the theater system to play on the big
screen is a Wii game console with over
50 games to play using the wireless
handset controllers!

to the rest of the villas bedrooms you
will find a further 3 King master suite
bedrooms all with their own private
bathrooms, TV, nightstands, lamps,
clocks and ample closet and drawer
storage and hanging space for all those
bargains you bought while shopping at
the local malls!
Bedroom 5 is also
a master bedroom with private bathroom,
Queen size bed nightstand, lamp, clock,
built in closet TV.
Bedroom 6 also
has a Queen size bed and lastly bedroom
7 is great for the kids and is furnished
with a full size crib, full size double
bed and a set of bunks with a full bed
on bottom and twin on the top.
There is a
further full family bathroom on this
level with bath with shower, sink and
wc.
Ok, back downstairs and lets take a look
outside at your own private South facing
pool deck. There is ample patio
furniture with tables chairs and sun
loungers, a child safety fence (can
easily be stowed for adult groups).
The large lanai
(under cover) area is perfect to enjoy
the Florida outdoors. The pool deck area
is just perfect for you sun lovers as it
has a Southerly aspect and gets the
maximum exposure to the sun. Cool off in
the sparkling pool and just sit in the
bubbling spa and ease all those worries
away!
